Short version: your running log never leaves your device unless you ask the AI coach for a read.

Your running log

Races and runs you enter are saved in your browser’s local storage under keys starting with runlogpro:, along with your km/mile preference. There are no accounts and no database. Clearing your browser data, or the button below, deletes it.

AI coach

When you press “Get my coach read”, a compact summary of your log (race distances, times and dates, weekly totals, your VDOT, and the goal you typed; not your notes) is sent to our server and on to an AI model through Vercel AI Gateway to generate the reply. We don’t store it. Nothing is sent if you don’t press the button.

Analytics

We use Ahrefs Web Analytics to count page views. It doesn’t use cookies or collect personal data.
